TRAWLERS LOST IN
THE NAMSEN FJORD


In addition to the Rutlandshire, a further 3 trawlers were lost in the Namsen Fjord immediately prior to the evacuation of Namsos on the 2 – 3 May 1940.

These pages are dedicated to those crewmen on board the trawlers H.M.T. Aston Villa (part of the 16th A/S Striking Force), H.M.T. Gaul (part of the 16th A/S Striking Force) and H.M.T. St. Goran (part of the 15th A/S Striking Force).
